Patient Ratings

The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to care provider related questions on our independent rating system, the Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. This survey is about the patient care experience and does not address crucial characteristics like medical decision-making, prescribing the best therapy, and patient outcomes.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score. Learn more about our patient satisfaction survey.

Danielle is incredible-her bedside manner is compassionate, clear, intelligent, and she very calmly and clearly explains her reasoning, proposed treatment, and impacts. I feel like a partner with her in my health, with a mutually respected relationship I value deeply.

She did not give me any feedback no the test done a Rose. She did not give me time to ask question about the result of the test or what biofeedback was. I got no written test result. 1. 2.

I felt Danielle misunderstood, at one point, the intention of my video visit. I was not trying to get food list choices from her. I know that is the role of my NJ dietician. I was asking her about my med condition and how my body could react to certain foods, or sugar. Maybe I was not clear. She told me reintroduction guidence was the dieticians role. I am not reintroducing, was merely trying to get back on fodmaos after I was guided off by the eating disorder treatment professionals. She did answer a couple of non food list questions I had.

I was very happy to meet Danielle our time together was not rushed, she made me feel very confident that I was getting the best care possible. I could tell Danelle is a very passionate person with her work. She ask good questions listens well, provides clear answers with recommendations. I Hope to see more of her going forward. I would love to have her as my PCP. I had a good experience with the care she provided to me. Is Danelle available to be my PCP? Also does she work at other locations?Thank you

Again, as on previous occasions with other care providers at NJH, I was blown away by the patience and time given to my situation. I have never seen a caregiver at NJH look at his/her watch.
