  I first met Dr. Granchelli 5 years ago and have seen her several times since. The most recent visit was her usual SPECTACULAR! She is singularly professional, kind, personable and very enquiring about any circumstances that can impact her opinion and ultimate diagnosis. She is an amazing asset to NJH and a PERFECT EXAMPLE of how medicine should be practiced and medical care delivered.   Dr. Granchelli is exactly the reason I seek treatment at NJH. She is extremely knowledgeable. She considers options, and if you've maxed treatment/options, she lets you know that, too. If you need to wait in order to see how the body responds and what might be next, she keeps you apprised of that also. She is realistic and accommodating. She gives appropriate options to find the best solution for your pulmonary problem. If something doesn't work out, she adjusts and never shames you and is never condescending.
