Patient Ratings

The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to care provider related questions on our independent rating system, the Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. This survey is about the patient care experience and does not address crucial characteristics like medical decision-making, prescribing the best therapy, and patient outcomes.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score. Learn more about our patient satisfaction survey.

Dr. Sergew is a very professional doctor who takes genuine concern about her patients and has a wonderful bedside manner that allows the patient to discuss issues with her and feels very welcome.

All good.

I would rate my provider as a "10"!

Dr Sergew is great and I appreciate that she is my physician for a troubling condition that is fortunately improving. I wish I could have spent a little more time with her so as to get her opinion as to what I might do to continue on this upward trajectory. I do understand time constraints though and I'll possibly have the chance to do this at another time. BTW, she called me at home later (5:15!) on the the day of my appointment to personally give me the results of a test I had that morning. Very impressed.

AS PREVIOUSLY STATED DR SERGEW AND HER TEAM UNDERSTAND THE NJH PHILOSPHY FOR PATIENT FIRST. I WOULD RECEIVE E MAILS FROM DR SERGEW ALL TIMES OF THE DAY..I GET IT. AS BUSY AS DR SERGEW IS SHE CAN MULTI TASK AND JUGGLE HER PATIENT LOAD. THE THING I ADMIRED MOST ABOUT DR SERGEW...HER DEMEANOR, NEVER WAIVERED...CALM, CONFIDENT, AND I THINK SHE ENJOYS HER PRACTICE TO PROVIDE THE QUALITY OF CARE DEMANDED BY NJH.
