Patient Ratings

The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to care provider related questions on our independent rating system, the Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. This survey is about the patient care experience and does not address crucial characteristics like medical decision-making, prescribing the best therapy, and patient outcomes.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score. Learn more about our patient satisfaction survey.

I found it exceptional that Dr. Sergew attended an [condition] Symposium that I told her would be happening the following Saturday. She attended on her own time. I hope it was useful to her with her working with [condition] patients like me.

Very patient & knowledgeable.

Provider had a student with her and spent most of my time taking to the student. It was obvious the provider had not reviewed my chart/records before the visit. In the past she has been an excellent doctor, on this visit she was preoccupied.

you guys are great every step of the way, and I know I'm getting good care!

outstanding care.

I was concerned at first about all the tests Dr. Sergew was asking for, especially the [test] this last time. In my history, I've had [tests] at NJ and one when I was a child. None of them resulted in anything useful. She didn't end up pushing me to get the test and when I met with her I think she completely understood and didn't bring it up again. I appreciate that.
