Very patient & knowledgeable.

Provider had a student with her and spent most of my time taking to the student. It was obvious the provider had not reviewed my chart/records before the visit. In the past she has been an excellent doctor, on this visit she was preoccupied.

outstanding care.

I was concerned at first about all the tests Dr. Sergew was asking for, especially the [test] this last time. In my history, I've had [tests] at NJ and one when I was a child. None of them resulted in anything useful. She didn't end up pushing me to get the test and when I met with her I think she completely understood and didn't bring it up again. I appreciate that.

Outstanding Doctor - personal, informative, caring.

DR. Sergew is one of the best doctors that i have ever had. She listens carefully to my husband about my condition. Since i cannot speak, i often will present her with a type written paper discusing my difficulties since my last visit. Dr Sergew reads through it, and addresses my needs verbally. Not only is she attentive in the office, but the day after my visit she (herself) called me to introduce an additional med that she recommended for me, which tells me she continued to look for other options after my appointment. She cares about me. the new meds she prescribed have been a Godsend. Dr Sergew is my pulmonary docter
