How to Prevent and Manage Spring Allergy Issues

  1. Use a scarf or mask on windy days.
  2. Stay inside when pollen levels are high.
  3. Keep car and home windows closed.
  4. Wash your hands and body after being outside.
  5. Take allergy medication before you have allergy symptoms.
  6. Use a saline nasal wash.
  7. Change clothes after being outside.
  8. Use an air conditioner.
  9. Take doctor-recommended medicines & treatments consistently.
  10. Get help with your yard work.
