  • Stuffy nose

  • Restless
  • Feverish
  • Grumpy
  • Chin or throat itches
  • Heart beats faster
  • Coughing
  • Sneezing
  • Change in Sputum (mucus)
  • Runny nose
  • Dry mouth
  • Trouble sleeping
  • Poor tolerance for exercise
  • A downward trend in peak flow numbers
