Study of Genetic Risk for Sarcoidosis



Trial Objective

The purpose of this study is to identify genetic markers associated with the disease sarcoidosis. We are recruiting individuals with sarcoidosis and healthy controls.

Participation involves a one-time visit, at which time the participant will sign an Informed Consent form, fill out a questionnaire, and have a low-volume blood draw.

Who Can Participate

All study participants must be at least 18 years old. Further qualifications for cases include having a confirmed case of pulmonary sarcoidosis. Qualifications for controls include having no history of autoimmune, connective tissue, or lung disorders.
