COPD & Heart Function

Trial Objective

We are seeking individuals with COPD to take part in a research study using an investigational inhaled medication for COPD. We will be evaluating the effect of this investigational drug on your heart function. 

COPD and Heart Function

Study participation involves:

  • Six visits over a three-month period
  • Experimental inhaled medication
  • One phone call
  • Heart testing at no cost to you
  • Breathing tests and blood work at no cost to you

Who Can Participate

Individuals 40-80 years of age with COPD who are current or former smokers. People who cannot breathe well are frequently uncomfortable in small places. Potential patients must be able to undergo MRI.
