Long-Term Medical Effects of Marijuana Use

Trial Objective

The purpose of this study is to learn more about the positive and negative long-term medical effects of marijuana use.

Colorado Marijuana Users Health Cohort

Study participation involves:
One to two visits to National Jewish Health, which will take up to 3.5 hours to complete. In addition to administering questionnaires, we will conduct the following research activities: blood and urine collection, breathing tests, electrocardiogram (ECG), a six-minute walk test and an at-home sleep monitoring test.

Who Can Participate

Regular users of marijuana who are age 21 to 80.

Estimated Time Commitment

1 to 2 visits (3.5 hours long)
