Email Story Print Story Dr. Mohammed Salhab Joins National Jewish Health Oncology Team NOVEMBER 15, 2021 DENVER — Mohammed Salhab, MD, has joined the oncology faculty at National Jewish Health in the Division of Oncology and Department of Medicine. He will serve as the Associate Director of Community Oncology Practices. He is a board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist with specialization in head and neck and lung cancer who sees patients at the National Jewish Health Northern and Western oncology offices. Dr. Salhab comes to National Jewish Health from Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, where he served as Medical Director for the Banner Thunderbird Infusion Center. Throughout his career he has held numerous teaching roles and has published more than a dozen articles in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Salhab completed his fellowship at University of Massachusetts Medical School and received his medical degree from University of Jordan. He completed his residency at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island, an affiliate of the Brown University School of Medicine. National Jewish Health is the leading respiratory hospital in the nation.
