National Jewish Health ADx Laboratories Announces New Molecular Genomics Laboratory Director

National Jewish Health Advanced Diagnostics Laboratories (ADx) announced the appointment of Peter Bryant-Greenwood, MD, MBA, FACHE, as the new Director of the Molecular Genomics Laboratory and Medical Director of the Center for Genes, Environment and Health. Dr. Bryant-Greenwood has more than 20 years of clinical and biomedical research and development experience in multiple settings, including academia, biotechnology, startups and clinical practice. He brings extensive experience in biomarker discovery, clinical genomics, proteomics and clinical assay development to advance the National Jewish Health ADx proprietary pipeline of diagnostic tests.
Additionally, Dr. Bryant-Greenwood will assist with strategy and execution of first-in-class programs, leveraging National Jewish Health world-recognized expertise in respiratory disease and immunology into evolving programs in oncology and environmental health. He will also pursue strategic partnership opportunities that integrate genomic testing to support clinical program branding and population management.
Dr. Bryant-Greenwood most recently served as the Director of Molecular Diagnostics and Biorepository, and Medical Director of GI/Hepatopathology at the Queen’s Medical Center, Honolulu HI; Executive Vice Chair, Department of Pathology at the John A. Burns School of Medicine and member of the University of Hawaii Cancer Center Translational Research program. He also was a practicing surgical pathologist and cytopathologist with Hawaii Pathologists’ Laboratory LLP.
