Our program is certified by the American Association of Diabetes Educators. The National Jewish Health Diabetes Program is appropriate for all patients with T2DM: The newly diagnosed Patients who need to learn or re-learn self-management skills Those needing better glucose pattern management Patients who have targeted nutritional needs Patients can access all parts of the program, or just the level they need.
