Married Couples with COPD Study

Trial Objective:

A study is underway at National Jewish Health to learn how family relationships, social support, and aspects of neighborhoods influence how married individuals adjust to COPD over time.

Participation in this study involves three study visits (each 12 months apart) that include individuals with COPD and their spouses.

Each visit lasts 3 hours maximum and mostly involves interviews and paper-and-pencil questionnaires.

Who Can Participate:

All participants must be married and live in one of the following counties: Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, Jefferson, Douglas, Gilpin, Clear Creek, Boulder, Broomfield, Larimer, Weld, Morgan, and El Paso.
