Participants will learn introductory proteomics science and applicable protocols and technologies through a comprehensive, hands-on exploration of the various proteomics workflows. This course is appropriate for individuals with little to no experience in mass spectrometry and/or high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) who desire a comprehensive overview of the typical proteomics workflows, including quantitation and bioinformatics. Individuals who may primarily benefit from this course include: investigators who are considering incorporating proteomics protocols into their own research, graduate students and post-doctoral fellows, proteomics core users, industry sales representatives, bioinformaticists, and others who need to be familiar with typical proteomics workflows.
