This Hamster monoclonal antibody anti mouse Bcl-3 is a IgG1 Lambda. The antibody reacts to the immunogen by ELISA assay. Western blot analysis shows a band at the right molecular weight in: 1) normal mouse cells 2) mouse cells overexpressing Bcl-3. In this case, the band does show a substantial increase in Bcl-3 3) the human T cell line Jurkat. |
