In vitro Testing

Avoid Costly Development Delays
Analyze the complement activating properties of the material prior to clinical or pre-clinical testing to identify potential problems, compare modifications and formulations that can avoid costly delays in development. Complement activation markers produced during this process serve as sensitive biomarkers of inflammation or immune responses, suggesting the best way to modify the material until the amount of complement activation that occurs is reduced or eliminated.

Pre-clinical Testing

Advanced Diagnostic Laboratories (ADx) has been participating in bioanalytical analysis for pre-clinical testing since 1997. We have the capability to conduct these studies under compliance with the FDA GLP regulations (21 CFR Part 58 and Part 11). A number of our tests are validated for non-human species.  Please inquire if there are others needed; we will work with you to see if we can develop or validate the needed assay.

Clinical Testing

Under our CLIA88 and CAP accreditation we perform testing in support of clinical Phase I, Phase II and Phase II studies. Please refer to our test menu for a complete list of assays that we offer. As a high complexity laboratory under CAP, we can work with you to develop new testing as study needs dictate.  As an esoteric laboratory, we pride ourselves on keeping up with the latest innovation in test requests and testing improvements in our areas of expertise.
