Gary Larsen, MD, and Marzena Krawiec, MD, are active in clinical studies supported by the National Institutes of Health that address therapy for  childhood asthma.

Carl White, MD, and David Nichols, MD, are involved in basic research that addresses mechanisms of disease relevant to pulmonary disorders in children such as cystic fibrosis and bronchopulmnary dysplasia.

Susan Brugman, MD, is involved in research addressing the value of biofeedback in the treatment of various lung problems in children.
