The primary objective of this study is to improve adherence to inhaled corticosteroid medication by using a computerized telephone asthma education outreach program.

The objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between disease severity and associated psychosocial problems among children with atopic dermatitis (AD) and a comparison group of children with asthma.

Effect of Environmental Tobacco Smoke Exposure on Steroid Responsiveness Among Children with Asthma
The objective of this study is to investigate whether among children with asthma, passive smoke exposure is associated with poorer clinical response to glucocorticoid (GC) and decreased in vitro steroid sensitivity.

Psychosocial Adjustment Among Families of Food Allergic Children
The purpose of this study is to explore families’ quality of life and adjustment to their children’s food allergies; in particular, we will examine parents’ burden, their anxiety levels, and the quality of their adaptation to the food allergies.
