Equipment
The Center for Genes, Environment & Health (CGEH) has the capability to run various platforms for automated DNA/RNA purification, medium throughput genotyping, gene expression, capillary DNA sequencing and next-generation sequencing. Our instruments allow flexibility and can accommodate both small and large genetics research projects.
Instrument Collaborations and Training
Instruments in the Center for Genes, Environment & Health are available to qualified investigators at National Jewish Health and selected outside collaborators. Instrument training is provided at the Center for interested researchers after we have received a written description of a research plan showing related instrument usage. For more information, visit our intranet site on Spyderweb (accessible only on the National Jewish Health campus).
