General Clinical Research Center (GCRC)

The General Clinical Research Center is funded by a grant from the National Institutes of Heath. It provides an infrastructure for the support of meritorious inpatient and outpatient research directed toward studying normal human function as well as the explanation and treatment of human diseases.

  • The unit includes:
  • patient exam rooms;
  • nursing support;
  • a psychosocial core lab; and
  • a clinical immunology/flow cytometry core lab.

If a researcher is interested in using the services of the GCRC, they must submit a research protocol which will be reviewed by the Scientific Advisory Committee at the University of Colorado Denver.

The Associate Program Director for the GCRC at National Jewish Health is Donald Y.M. Leung, MD.
