If you only need to request an itemized bill, then we invite you to call our 24 hour message line at 303-270-2375. Please include in your message the patient's name and account number(s) and we will print and mail your itemized bill within one business day. You may also send an e-mail requesting an itemized bill to:patientbusinessoffice@njhealth.org.
If you have received your monthly "Bill for Services" and need to discuss the self pay portion of the balance due, call and speak to one of our resourceful financial counselors at 303-398-1065, weekdays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain time. You may also leave a message at the same number and your call will be returned within one business day. You may be eligible to make payment arrangements, apply for Colorado Care Indigent Care Program (CICP), Colorado Medicaid, CHP+ or National Jewish Health's Financial Assistance Program.
