This class is designed for patients with sleep apnea and their spouses/families. The class will cover the pathophysiology and symptoms of sleep apnea, as well as its consequences if left untreated. Treatment options will be reviewed, emphasizing CPAP therapy and tips/tricks for CPAP success.
The class is taught every Tuesday from 4-5:30pm in the Patient Education Room (AO1B) on the National Jewish Health Main Campus.
