Massage therapy is a form of healthcare that uses hands-on treatment to promote the physical and emotional well-being of the recipient. It may be rehabilitative or used to maintain an already desirable level of wellness. Massage is frequently sought as a means to reduce stress, but there are also numerous physiologic benefits that occur through this therapy. Therapeutic massage uses specific techniques to facilitate healing and optimize functioning of muscles, tendons, joints and other connective tissues.
Sessions are always tailored to the specific health needs of the individual seeking treatment. People of all ages and with a variety of conditions can benefit from massage as a safe supplement to their care without additional medicine. Our private treatment rooms are comfortable and offer 60 and 30 minute sessions.
