Molecular Structure

The Molecular Resource Center (MRC) serves 36 laboratories at National Jewish Health, five laboratories at University of Colorado Denver and four outside companies. 

 

Our Services

  • DNA Synthesis - this includes all modifications, including Taqman Probes. We offer 24-hour turnaround time for standard orders, and probes will be finished in three days. All are quality checked and guaranteed.

  • Peptide Synthesis - offered at two scales and will come standard, greater or equal to 95 percent pure. We can also synthesize any modifications.

  • DNA Sequencing - carried out on an ABI 3100 capillary instrument. We perform the reaction and cleanup, and we can run sizing for genotyping, if necessary.

  • Expert help with assay design available for work involving genetic variations.
