Development of allergy and asthma in children, hygiene theory, role of endotoxin and other microbial exposures, natural history and immune pathogenesis in early childhood, gene-environment interactions, early intervention and prevention strategies for optimal outcomes Optimal childhood asthma management, biomarkers of asthma severity, asthma in inner-city children, pathogenesis of severe asthma Rhinosinusitis in children, pathogenesis, and optimal management.
