    Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is less common and a faster growing type of lung cancer. SCLC affects 15% of all lung cancer patients. SCLC is the most aggressive type of lung cancer. It may be treated with chemotherapy and radiation. SCLC has two stages: limited stage and extensive stage.
