Wally LedererWally raised trout for ten years on an estate in Evergreen, Colorado before dedicating all his time and energy into the Morgridge Academy school community.  He thought thathe could make a difference in a child's life by sharing what he has learned working with kids that have a chronic illnesses.

Wally went to St. Mary's University in Winona, Minnesota and earned a B.A in Sociology. He thenwent back to school after thirty-three years to get his Master's Degree in Education, from the University of Phoenix, to show students the importance of life-long learning, and that if you put your mind to something you can accomplish anything you deem important. 

Wally has been at National Jewish Health since 1983 and has held every position in the school except the Director of Education and the Nurse.  He believes that kids rule and that he will never grow up.
