Behavioral Research Center

Bruce Bender, PhD and Fred Wamboldt, MD developed the Behavioral Research Center as a cooperative research organization to facilitate research projects examining behaviors, emotions, family and psychosocial factors related to asthma and other respiratory diseases. Drs. Bender and Wamboldt have worked together in research for more than 12 years.

In the Behavioral Research Center we value and honor the diversity of Colorado, so to accurately portray the population, we have translated two of our studies (Exposure to Household ETS in Low-Income Children with Asthma  and Assessment Mode and Validity of Self-Reports in Children) to Spanish.

If you are interested in learning more about any of our research studies please complete a Permission to Contact Form as well as a HIPAA Authorization Form (both available on our Studies page).
