Health-e-Feature: Hay Fever

• Preventing excess pollen exposure
  Just because you’re indoors doesn’t mean you’re free from pollen. There are many simple steps you can take to reduce pollen exposure throughout your day.

Asthma

  If your doctor prescribes steroids to treat your asthma, it may have an affect on how your body absorbs important nutrients, such as calcium and sodium.
