See the wizard's list of things to do to help you with your allergies at school. We followed the list.

School Action Plan
  • Ask your doctor to write a School Action Plan. This says what to do if you have allergy symptoms at school.
  • Ask your mom or dad to meet with your teacher or school nurse to let them know about your allergies. Talk about what may cause allergy symptoms in the classroom. Give them a copy of your School Action Plan.
  • Make sure you have medicines at school to take if you have allergy symptoms. You should have the medicines that are listed on your School Action Plan.

  • If you are supposed to take your medicine every day, make sure you take it every day so you don't have allergy symptoms.
