Sjögren's Syndrome: Symptoms



Because Sjögren's syndrome predominately targets the tear and salivary glands, the most prevalent symptoms disturb the eyes and mouth. As an autoimmune disease, the syndrome also has the capability to affect many of the body's other organs and tissues, leading to a wide array of symptoms.

Common symptoms of Sjögren's syndrome include:
