Symptoms of pulmonary hypertension (PH) usually involve the heart. Common symptoms may include:

  • Shortness of breath
  • Low oxygen levels
  • Chest pain
  • Near-fainting/fainting
  • Heart rhythm problems
  • Heart failure (in advanced cases)
