COPD: Emotional Management

Intimacy: Overview

Some people have few sexual problems even with severe lung disease, and others have more serious concerns. A loving relationship with your partner can help you deal with your chronic lung disease and the emotions that come with it. However, it is slightly more complicated because a person with a chronic lung disease may have problems that interfere with intimacy. It is good and normal for both you and your partner to have questions, and it is important to have these questions answered so that you both can be happy with your sexuality and your relationship.
