National Jewish Disease Management programs offer comprehensive support tools to employees to help educate and reinforce good self management of their respiratory disease. The result is fewer costly hospitalizations and emergency room visits, less time away from work and higher satisfaction with employee benefits. We also provide a short and simple implementation process. The satisfaction rate of participants in the program has averaged 95% or higher for the last eight years!
