Q. How soon will I get my test results after mailing in my samples?
A. Within 14 days from receipt of your sample.

Q. How long will it take me to do the sampling?
A. Approximately ½ hour.
Q. Will test results indicate if there is mold in my basement or bathrooms, even if I haven’t tested there?
A. Test results will indicate the level of
airborne mold spores, which are typical in homes where mold is growing.
But it isn’t a substitute for prudent home inspection. You should still
frequently check moisture-prone areas in your home.
Q. Can I use the Family Air Care™ Indoor Allergens & Mold Test if I don’t have carpet?
A. Yes.
Q. Will test results indicate if there are high levels of bird or guinea pig allergens in my home?
A. The Family Air Care™ Indoor Allergens &
Mold Test tests only for the most frequently-occurring allergens: dust
mites, mold, cat and dog and cockroach. Call the National Jewish Lung
