Cardiovascular Disease In Diabetes: The Silent Killer

Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer of adults with diabetes mellitus. Cardiovascular disease is two to four times more common among adults with, than without diabetes. Even 'pre-diabetes' is a risk factor for cardiovascular disease. This seminar will review the most recent clinical evidence for preventing and managing cardiovascular disease among adults with pre-diabetes or overt diabetes mellitus.
