The Kunsberg School is a day school program for students in grades K – 8 who may require medical assistance during the normal school day. Experienced faculty and staff along with a Colorado State approved curriculum are combined with medical support and attention to students’ individual educational needs. The school is approved by the Colorado Department of Education and is located on the grounds of National Jewish Health.

Some of the unique feature of the school include: 

  • Physical education and fine arts, daily
  • Swimming in heated pool two times per week
  • Full-time librarian and a library with 9,000 books
  • Breakfast and lunch served daily
  • Computer and interactive smart boards in every classroom
  • PBS (Positve Behavior Support) school
  • Fully-carpeted modern playground
