Why did you want to become a teacher?
Ms. Kimling said she wanted to become a teacher because she loved to learn and teach. She says that being able to combine those two things is great.

What is it like to work at Kunsberg?
Ms. Kimling says Kunsberg is the best place she has ever taught and its a really great place. Ms. Kimling thinks that Kunsberg is a small and supportive community that has access to wonderful resources.

Where did you go to school and when?
Ms. Kimling went to the University of Pittsburgh and graduated in August of 2003. She also attended Western State University in order to earn her Teaching license

How did you find Kunsberg?
Ms. Kimling found Kunsberg after one of the schools old supervisors called her and informed her about the school. She went online, checked out the school, and thought Kunsberg was the ideal place to work.

What do you do in your spare time?
Ms. Kimling enjoys spend her spare time with her family and recently went to Disneyland with her niece. 

What is your favorite teaching story?
Ms.Kimling's favorite teaching story at Kunsberg would be when her class studied the human body in science. There was a science experiment where they had to use REAL chicken feet and the kids loved it!

What is you education and work history?
Ms. Kimling has worked at Tennyson Center For Children, Alsup Elementary School in Adams County School District 14, AmeriCorps, Denmark International Study Program, Family Health Council, Downtown YMCA, Disability Resources and Services at the University of Pittsburgh, Pitt Infant Development Lab, and has volunteered in Pittsburgh.
