What’s New

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who participated in the 2006/07 and 2007/08 Denver Public Schools Asthma Program. Twenty-one schools located in the Northeast and Northwest regions of Denver (Barrett Elementary, Beach Court Elementary, Bryant Webster K-8, Centennial K-8, East High, Edison Elementary, Gilpin K-8, Horace Mann Middle, Lake Middle, Morey Middle, North High, Park Hill K-8, Philips Elementary, Remington Elementary, Skinner Middle, Smiley Middle, Stedman Elementary, Valdez Elementary, Whittier K-8, and Wyman Elementary). The students and their families enrolled in the program received quality asthma education led by a team of asthma counselors and now have a better understanding of asthma and how to manage it.

Thank you for all of your support and best wishes for a healthy and successful school year!

This year, we look forward to introducing the program at Ashley Elementary, Columbian Elementary, Fairview Elementary, Farrell E. Howell ECE-8, Harrington Elementary, Knight Fundamental Academy, Place Bridge Academy, and Oakland Elementary.
