Rich Schierburg founded Peregrine Group Development LLC, a land
development, retail and multi-family development firm with projects in
Castle Rock, Colorado Springs and Arvada.
Previously, he was co-founder of Mile High Properties LLC and
founder of a land development company. He began his career as an
investment broker at CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Schierburg earned a
bachelor’s degree from Seattle University, and attended both Stanford
University and University of Colorado master of business administration
programs.
Mr. Schierburg serves on the Boards of Catholic Charities Inc., and
the Archdiocesan Housing Corp. He also is involved in the Archdiocese
of Denver, Narcolepsy Network, Urban Land Institute, and National
Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
Mr. Schierburg and his wife, Linda, have two children.
