Mr. Kemper holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Puget Sound.

He is a Trustee of the Denver Art Museum, and is a Board member of the American Royal in Kansas City, The Arts Council of Metropolitan Kansas City, Kansas City Civic Council, Kansas City Downtown Council, Business Committee for the Arts Inc. and Agriculture Future of America.

Mr. Kemper and his wife, Megan, have two children.
