National Jewish Health has partnered with CarePages to offer online support for people facing the challenges involved in health events. CarePages is an online community where people with any type of health condition can stay connected, get inspired, and find resources to help give and receive emotional support.

Through CarePages, members can create a free, private CarePage with their own personal touches that meets their individual needs and goals. The page makes it simple to stay in contact with an individual facing a health condition, as well as all family members and friends. It's easy to stay up-to-date with supporters, relatives, and friends because each time a news or a photo update is posted, everyone involved receives a notification e-mail. For patients with chronic conditions, CarePages offers the opportunity to journal their experience or communicate with others facing similar situations.
