For each visitor to our Web site, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible). We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web site unless you provide it. We collect cookies for tracking purposes only. No personal information will be gathered unless you provide it.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded. It is used to improve the content of our Web site and is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. We do not rent or exchange email addresses that are provided to us.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have relationships with any ad server companies.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. Information provided by site visitors who contact Lung Line by completing the e-mail contact form may be provided to other departments within National Jewish to be contacted for business purposes. Visitors are able to opt out of this on the Lung Line form itself if they do not wish to be contacted other than in direct response to their e-mail request.
Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by calling us at the number provided above, e-mailing us at the above address or writing us at the above address.
With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial or health information, we redirect visitors to a secure server. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
