Special Interests
Research Interests
Chronic Rhinosinusitis is a disease process of local and systemic inflammation arising from a number of etiologic factors. I am interested in defining these inflammatory pathways, which will further understanding into the disease pathogenesis, outline different patient subtypes, and identify targets for novel targeted medical therapies. A second research interest is in the application of minimally invasive surgical techniques in the management of sinus, orbital, and skull base tumors, as well as in the reconstruction of complex skull base defects.
