Research Interests
Mechanisms of protection against pulmonary oxidative stress/injury caused by hyperoxia and ozone exposure. ATP release and signaling events associated with P2 receptor activation in pulmonary epithelial and endothelial cells during oxidative stress and disease like cystic fibrosis.
