National Jewish to Ban Use of Tobacco Products on Campus

In observation of National Jewish Medical and Research Center’s commitment to the health and well-being of our patients, visitors and employees, our entire campus will become tobacco free beginning Jan. 1, 2008.  This new policy applies to all employees, volunteers, patients and visitors.   The use of any form of tobacco products will be prohibited from all National Jewish buildings, grounds, parking lots and vehicles on the property.

Support will be provided to all employees and patients who desire to stop using tobacco products via education, pharmacological aids, and smoking cessation programs accessible through the Colorado Quit Line at 1-800-639-QUIT (7848).
