Commemorate a Loved One or Special Occasion

You can help National Jewish battle suffering from severe respiratory, immune and related diseases by making a Celebration Gift in honor of a family member, loved one or a special occasion.

If a friend has passed away, a Memorial Gift is a good way to express your sympathy to the bereaved. An acknowledgment card, without mention of the gift amount, is sent to the person you designate. Each Memorial Gift of $250 is recognized with an engraved granite plaque on the Jean Morris Memorial Garden Wall in the courtyard of the Molly Blank Conference Center on the National Jewish campus. Garden wall plaques provide an opportunity for a lasting tribute to a loved one who has passed away. The donor will also receive two photographs of the plaque.

Celebration or Memorial Gifts totaling $1,000 will be honored with an engraved plaque on the Gold Wall in the Gerald Tucker Memorial Medical Library at National Jewish. The $1,000 contribution can come from several combined donor gifts. This is a wonderful way to commemorate an anniversary, wedding, bar/bat mitzvah or birthday.

Celebration and Memorial gifts can be made on our Web site. If you would like to make a Celebration or Memorial gift over the phone using your credit card, call our toll-free number, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm Mountain Time: 1-800-423-8891, ext. 1590.

National Jewish is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization. Contributions are tax-deductible. For more information, e-mail Development@njhealth.org.
