Customer Service Enhances Institution
We are National Jewish Health and this story shows how customer service, organization and efficiency contribute to the effectiveness of Science Transforming Life at National Jewish Health.
The Distribution Services team employs customer service, efficiency and planning to assist the institution by delivering items essential to work in every department.
Our streamlined processes quickly and efficiently unload, check-in, and deliver office supplies, lab equipment, medical records, specimens and mail—items necessary for healthcare, research, customer service, and administration—really every part of the institution. For customer convenience, we maintain an organized storeroom with a variety of supplies to accommodate needs of frequently used items.
In keeping with the philanthropic mission of the National Jewish Health, we recycle toner cartridges to raise money for Morgridge Academy and we support Project C.U.R.E. by donating used equipment and supplies which they give to reach the medically underserved in more than 120 countries around the world.
